They went way too cheap on the box and worthless foam packing. The first one arrived with a bent meat hopper because it was loose and bouncing around in the box. The replacement arrived in worse condition. The metal hopper was actually torn where it would connect to the grinder.
Not sure if either still worked because I never plugged them in.
Both were returned.
