    Love the battery and love the customer service from Factory Pure

    When I originally ordered the battery as a backup to our mobile wheelchair, I was advised by email that the battery was out of stock and was expected to be available at the end of July. I was offered the ability to cancel my order or leave it open. Since this was not time critical, I opted to wait. And on the 1st of August, I was advised that my battery was being shipped and I received it a few days later. All of this taken care of by the company on their end and their customer service was greatly appreciated.
