I bought this press I set it up my wife turned it on it too a few minutes for it to come on then in the middle of her ironing it shut off. she tried it a couple more times and it done the same thing, we have tried to get them to fix it or replace it. all we got for a week is a run around no help at all. Then they tell us we have to
pay for shipping it back to them and back to us. i will never buy anything from them again.

I consider this product a good purchase. It works just fine and a great Value for the cost! My only disappointment was the size. While it's the same width (36") as my old press it's not as deep. My old "XL" press was 12" deep this one is only 10" deep. I lost almost 17% of my surface area; however, I've gotten used to the smaller area. This unit was about 30% less expensive than a new XL, so I guess that's a pretty good trade-off! Again, I think its a great value.
