    The company failed me !!!!!!

    The packaging was missing parts that attach the shelf to the stand that required a trip to the hardware store to buy missing nuts. There was also no manual to explain the operation of the unit. I received no response in several requests for assistance. The iron is acceptable to use but customer service is a disappointment. I’m not sure I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Not what I expected

    I am disappointed in this product. It doesn’t work as I expected it to. It takes 5-10 minutes for the steam function to work then after 1 or 2 bursts of steam I have to wait 2-5 minutes for the steam to work again. I would return it if I could but I don’t know what the regulations are on returning products.
