Great mower, it cuts nicely.
I would of given it a 5 star but it was delivered with rear wheel flat tire. I called customer service and they told me that they would contact the manufacturer and that I may have to take a picture of the tire but most likely I wouldn’t have to and that I would get a replacement tire. She took my email address and told me that she would email me back concerning the tire.
It has been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t an email.

Factory Pure is great extremely fast shipping. Solid built grass catcher, although it doesn't clip on easy needs to be finagled. Decent size but fills up quick 1/2 acre plan on emptying at least 12+ times, that said not sure if I would buy again.

I ordered this grass catcher from factorypure because of the great price! My local lawnmower dealer wanted almost $300! I was nervous about ordering without seeing a picture of the grass catcher but it is the legit worldlawn grass catcher!
