- 3 GALLON VACUUM CHAMBER: The large interior space allows for the creation of purer, bubble-free crafts and experiments. The corrosion-resistant glass lid and stainless steel chamber are ideal for stabilizing wood, handling volatile or corrosive materials, as well as for degassing silicone, resin, polyurethane, and vacuum extraction work.
- 24-HOUR AIRTIGHT SEAL: The glass lid features a sealing gasket and silicone seal cover, and the valve has been upgraded with threaded connections. Rubber gaskets are placed at the vacuum gauge connection points, providing excellent airtightness. The system can achieve a vacuum level of up to -29inHg. Through testing, it exhibits a leak rate of approximately 5% over 12 hours.
- HIGH-PRESSURE RESISTANT STRUCTURE: Made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, it can withstand high vacuum pressures without deformation. It also has corrosion resistance, ensuring it remains durable even if liquids splash inside the chamber during degassing.
- TEMPERED GLASS LID: Featuring a thickened 0.75-inch high-hardness tempered glass lid, it allows for easy observation of the degassing process. Specifically designed for stabilizing wood and experiments involving volatile compounds, it possesses strong corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to chemical corrosion, making it less prone to breakage.
- EASY OPERATION: The silicone oil-filled vacuum gauge provides excellent shock absorption, enabling precise readings and vacuum level measurements inside the chamber. The valve design on the gauge facilitates airflow control and vacuum level adjustment. Practical accessories include a 59-inch flexible hose that withstands negative vacuum pressures without deformation. The intake valve is equipped with a muffler valve, effectively reducing noise and filtering dust.
- You can also place the non-slip silicone pad inside the chamber for easy cleaning of splashed solvents.
