    The pole saw is good so far, 3 uses

    The pole saw is good so far, 3 uses. The manual to put it all together needs more thoroughness, lacking disassemble instructions. Contacting customer support is pretty much useless. I found solutions elsewhere on line to the disassemble issue I had and one other minor thing they couldn't help with either.
