- 10'' + 20'' + 24'' Travel Length: Experience versatility with our 3-axis linear scale set, offering three travel lengths: 10 in (250 mm), 20 in(500 mm), and 24 in (600 mm). Adapt to your specific needs on the X-axis (length), Y-axis (height), and Z-axis (width), enabling seamless measurements of three-dimensional workpieces such as wood, stone, and metal. Facilitate high-precision processes such as circumference drilling.
- Multifunctional Crystal-Clear Display: Our display screen offers many basic and specialized functions to ensure convenient measurement and positioning. The basic functions include standard data measurement, calculation, zeroing, unit conversion, pause sleep, power-off memory, non-linear error compensation, and more. Specialized functions encompass ARC cutting function, circumference drilling, oblique line drilling, and calculate inverse trigonometric.
- Precision 5μm Read Head: Our linear scale boasts a remarkable 5μm minimum resolution. Even at the longest range of 24 in(600 mm), it exhibits an error of only 0.004 in (0.1 mm) during standard and repeated measurements. With a rapid read head movement speed of 1.5 m/s, it leaves no room for overspeed errors. Precision redefined, where every micron counts.
- Defense Against Debris and Liquids: With a dual-layer lubricated seal and thickened optical glass protection, our linear scale achieves an IP54 dust and waterproof rating. It avoids dust accumulation and shields against splashes from all directions. The 9.8 ft (3 m) signal cable, equipped with a 9-pin data connector, features multiple layers of shielded steel wires and a soft metal casing, providing outstanding waterproofing and interference resistance.
- Vertical or Horizontal Installation: Our linear scale is designed for both vertical and horizontal installation on various machine tools, including cutting and drilling machines. During scale installation, ensure that the height direction is parallel to the mounting surface of the workbench with a tolerance of less than 0.1 mm. Please note that when installing on non-machined surfaces, shims must be added to the back of the scale for stability. Your precision setup is made easy.
