Features
- Innovative Design: It features a lever adjuster for easy raising or lowering of the bowl, which is more convenient and quicker compared to traditional wheel adjustments. Additionally, all components that come in contact with food, including the bowl, hooks, and rods, are made of food-grade stainless steel. These reliable components are rust-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
- Efficient Mixing System: With a 550W powerful motor and gear-driven transmission system, it achieves fast and uniform mixing. It offers 3 adjustable speeds to meet different mixing requirements and achieve satisfactory results. The low speed of 135r/min is suitable for kneading dough, the medium speed of 220r/min is typically used for mixing fillings, and the high speed of 409r/min is ideal for whipping cream. Always stop the machine before changing speeds.
- Timer Function: This mixer features an upgraded timer knob that allows you to set mixing time from 0 to 30 minutes, after which the machine automatically stops when the mixing is completed.
- Versatile: The commercial floor-standing mixer comes with 3 beaters, including a dough hook, a flat beater, and a wire whisk. The dough hook is used for smoother mixing operations, ideal for heavy dough like pizza dough. The flat beater is suitable for mashing potatoes or vegetables, mixing cake batter, or frosting. The wire whisk is widely used for aerating light mixtures like whipped cream or egg whites. These thoughtful attachments help you achieve the desired effects for any recipe.
- Wide Application: Equipped with a 10 L / 10 Qt bowl, this food mixer allows you to mix up to 1 kg / 2.2 lbs of food at once, suitable for restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, bakeries, commercial kitchens, etc. It is excellent for mixing most types of foods such as creams, vegetables, fillings, and dough.
