- AREA-SEPERATE HEATING & HEATING PRESERVATION: - Our commercial steam table is equipped with two power cords. They can control the left and right sides separately to achieve partial control. Each well is warmed by the u-shaped heating element, independently controlled by the control knob. The thermal insulation function helps keep the internal temperature at your set.
- FOLDABLE CUTTING BOARD & UNDER SHELF: - This commercial warmer for restaurant comes with a foldable 7" wide x 1.8" thick cutting board for extra workspace. The cutting board will help you cutting ingredients.
