Hot foods can quickly drop from 194℉/90℃ to 37.4℉/3℃ within 90 minutes, and in blast freeze mode, temperatures can decrease from 194℉/90℃ to -0.4℉/-18℃ within 240 minutes. With a spacious capacity of 114 L / 4 Cu.ft, it is suitable for high-end seafood restaurants, Western dining establishments, central kitchens, and more.

Additional smart features include overload protection, automatic defrosting, precise temperature control, and intelligent alarms, making it easy to use.
- Strong Insulation and Energy-saving: The thickened insulated door is made from cyclopentane material, along with an automatic closing design to minimize cold air loss. Utilizing R404A refrigerant not only enhances freezing efficiency but is also more energy-efficient and cost-effective.
- High-quality Stainless Steel: The body is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, while the trays are made of thickened stainless steel, ensuring durability and a long lifespan.
