This commercial blast freezer features excellent quick-freezing capabilities, allowing for the rapid freezing of various ingredients such as meats and desserts, preserving freshness, texture, and extending storage life. The blast chiller is equipped with a powerful compressor and 360° circulating cold air. Hot foods can be quickly reduced from 194°F to 37°F within 90 minutes, and the quick freezing mode can reduce the temperature to -0.4°F within 240 minutes. The freezer is equipped with smooth casters for easy mobility.

Hot foods can drop from 194℉ to 37.4℉ within 120 minutes, and in blast freeze mode, temperatures can decrease from 194℉ to -0.4℉ within 300 minutes. With a spacious capacity of 370 L / 13.1 Cu.ft, it is suitable for high-end seafood restaurants, Western dining establishments, central kitchens, and more.
