- Versatile Material Compatibility: Our box and pan brake supports various materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Capable of bending 16 gauge (1.5 mm) mild steel sheets with ease.
- Modular Bending Dies: Equipped with 16 segment fingers (2" x 4 pcs, 3" x 6 pcs, 4" x 6 pcs) that can be freely combined for segmented bending. The sheet metal bender is ideal for fabricating complex structures such as electrical enclosures, instrument housings, and ventilation ducts.
- Effortless and Stable Operation: The sheet metal bender features a single balancing hammer that ensures secure clamping, reducing the force required for bending and improving overall efficiency. Pre-drilled holes in the base allow for easy mounting on a workbench or floor to prevent shifting.
- Easy Operation: It is easy to operate the aluminum brake bender. Lift the clamping handle, place the sheet metal, and lower the handle to clamp it securely. Then, slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Manual angle adjustment is required, and be aware that all metal bending experiences springback (e.g., for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).
