The 3.5" tall wicking cell serves as a reservoir, collecting excess water and redistributing it to your plants over time. It is also designed with air pruning strips so that your plants' roots air prune and don't get oversaturated. Plus, with the wicking cells serving as the bed's bottom, it can be placed on a patio or balcony instead of soil.

- This 17" tall self-watering garden bed is available in three configurations. Find the perfect fit for your patio, balcony, or yard.
- The 3.5" tall wicking cell reservoirs close the bottom of the bed. Soil fills the wicking cell top, and your plant's roots will grow out through the slots in the sides of the plugs.
- Built-in air pruning strips in the wicking cells promote healthy root growth and prevent the roots from becoming oversaturated.
