Product Overview
The revolutionary designed AP5000 is perfect for small spaces up to 1,000 Sq. Ft. This “euro styled” design provides a modern take on a traditional pellet stove heater and delivers perfect heating performance. The AP5000 wall mounted pellet stove heater has a direct vent design avoiding the typical chimney installs of a traditional pellet stove. Best of all, everything needed is included in the box. All you need to do is supply the pellet fuel to get started. This pellet heater uses a sturdy wall bracket and the installation provides minimized clearances and mounts similar to a flat screen TV. It has an integrated 28 lb hopper that can heat up to 35 hours of use between refills (low setting). A remote control is included to make heating adjustments a breeze.

This thing had issues right out of the box. It took five times to get it to burn properly for the initial burn outside and it has had nothing but sensor problems and as of right now it is barely running on all the error codes that keep coming up. Then when it comes to customer service at one point in time, I was on hold for two hours. I was able to text with a robot, but I belong to the older generation. I would like to talk to a human being. I don’t know why this stove has to be that way. It’s nice and compact probably would work if it did work.
i had one for about 3 years and the circuit board went . i would not want to buy a board every 3 years at 600 bucks a pop but the stove was great in muh trailor !
Love the compact size. Heats my area well. Clean out easier than a wood stove
