I am writing this additional review one year after an initial review
I used the cart for lots of things over three months this summer on rough terrain on an offshore island in Maine. It's great for hauling lots of things (see pictures)
One review comments on a problem with the cart losing traction on uneven ground when one front wheel is off the ground. That's true. But it's easy to solve by lifting up on the steering handles. It takes a little upper body strength but I'm a skinny 76 year old and it's no problem for me!

The cart is made well, except for the metal mesh bed bottom. The mesh is welded to the top of the frame in the center of the bed and to the bottom of the frame at the front and rear of the bed. My cart arrived with the mesh broken at the frame before I even used it. Any heavy load will separate the mesh from the frame. Not the best design. I contacted the manufacturer and am waiting for the outcome.
The power wagon was shipped promptly. Fedex did thier job. Packed very well. I have kept it busy with no issues. The directions first and last steps slowed down the assembly. The first step was to assemble the wheels. After much looking, I found them inside inside the protective coverings on the axes. You can unscrew them easily bput can't get the nuts out easily. I reassembled them on the axels and with great difficulkty got the coverings off the nuts. Then there was the choice of which side the wheels go on. I tking I have them backwards as the wagon grips better in reverse than forward. The final assembly step is putting on the sides (which side goes inside) and then fastening the wires for which their were minimal if any directions. All elsel went well.

Great packaging and quality materials. However, assembly instructions were awful, and even incorrect in one instance. Operation is ok, but a big problem for rough terrain use is if one wheel gets off the ground or has very light traction, you're sunk. When one wheel spins, nothing happens with the other. I plan to ask about this, but not likely it has been engineered to avoid this situation. Light duty work on smooth hard surfaces for this wagon.
