Item arrived. Put together properly. Motor does not work even though everything lights up, fully charged batteries. Trying to get a replacement has been difficult! The manufacturer, GCM Support, has been horribly rude (Sandra) lacks customer support. No phone number to call. Not a single “We are sorry, let’s get you a replacement, how can we make this right.” Absolutely worthless! Grief and hassle is all o have received so far.
Outstanding!
Handy little cart. Takes most of the work out of hauling stuff. Reasonably sturdy. Currently hauling compost & mulch. Also a great help carrying water softener salt down to the basement. I’m old & pretty feeble & it makes this job doable.
I am writing this additional review one year after an initial review
I used the cart for lots of things over three months this summer on rough terrain on an offshore island in Maine. It's great for hauling lots of things (see pictures)
One review comments on a problem with the cart losing traction on uneven ground when one front wheel is off the ground. That's true. But it's easy to solve by lifting up on the steering handles. It takes a little upper body strength but I'm a skinny 76 year old and it's no problem for me!

The cart is made well, except for the metal mesh bed bottom. The mesh is welded to the top of the frame in the center of the bed and to the bottom of the frame at the front and rear of the bed. My cart arrived with the mesh broken at the frame before I even used it. Any heavy load will separate the mesh from the frame. Not the best design. I contacted the manufacturer and am waiting for the outcome.
