The Shop Fox W1845 is a 6" x 108" oscillating edge sander built for fast, consistent sanding in production shops. Its powerful 3 HP motor drives the belt at 3150 FPM, while the oscillating action helps create smooth, even surfaces on edges, faces, and other workpieces.
This machine can be configured horizontally or vertically, with a platen that adjusts from 0 to 90 degrees for added flexibility. It also doubles as an oscillating spindle sander with 1-1/2", 2", and 3" drums for contour work, making it a versatile choice for both straight and curved sanding tasks.
Precision-ground cast-iron tables, a T-slot table with fence and miter gauge, and a quick-release belt tension lever support accurate, efficient operation.
