Product Overview
The Shop Fox W1676 is a floor-standing combination sander designed for shaping, smoothing, and finishing wood and similar shop materials. It pairs a 6" x 48" belt with a 10" disc, giving you the flexibility to handle edge sanding, face sanding, bevel work, and general stock cleanup with one machine.
The belt sanding head tilts from horizontal to vertical and anywhere in between, making it easy to adapt to different workpieces and sanding angles. A cast-iron worktable for the disc tilts from 0° to 45°, while the computer-balanced cast-iron disc, graphite-coated platen, and ball bearing construction help deliver stable, consistent performance.
With a 1 HP motor, quick-change belt release, cabinet-style stand, and dual dust ports, this sander is built for serious home workshops, furniture makers, and small professional shops that need more capacity than a benchtop unit without stepping up to a larger industrial machine.
