Product Overview
The Schulz FS 0615 low-pressure coalescing filter removes contaminants from compressed air to help reduce operating costs, maintenance demands and process losses. Rated for 616 SCFM at 7 bar, it features a 2" BSP connection and supports inlet pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar). Its 0.01-micron particle retention capacity and oil removal rating of 0.010 mg/m³ at 20 °C provide high-efficiency filtration for compressed air treatment. An initial nominal pressure drop of 0.09 bar helps limit pressure loss through the filter. Designed for use alongside dryers, it accommodates inlet temperatures up to 70 °C and ambient temperatures up to 45 °C.

- The Low Pressure Line Filters (High Efficiency) withstand up to 16 bar and are indispensable in any compressed air treatment system.
- Available in the coalescence models of 1 and 0.01 micron and adsorbent of activated carbon, they shall be used together with the dryers.
- These products reduce the operational and maintenance cost, losses in the process and power consumption, as they ensure the full functioning of the air system in eliminating the contaminants (solid particles, water and oil).
