Even on the low setting, the chair is just too fast. I have tried reaching out to Factory Pure via email 2x to see if I can exchange it for a different one (I have only drove it inside for not even 5 minutes), and never even get a response. Terrible customer service!

Seat u comfortable very hard when Ipurchased this chair it said. The maximum weight was 330 pounds when receiving the chair Emmanuel said 300 pounds And it is very noisy when backing up

This power chair fits with ease in my mini van and it tough enough that it does not damage when loading. Wish i could get accessories form Reyhee but my Target cup holder will do.
