Good basic e--bike that will take a few upgrades to be better. The saddle is too narrow and hard, so you will need to get a more comfortable saddle to your liking and you should get a shock absorbing seat post (27.2mm, not 1 inch as stated). If you don't like to be hunched over, you will need a stem riser (28.6mm) and the handlebar is 31.8mm. On the positive side, it does come with a 350 watt motor, not the 300 as advertised and the fenders are a nice addition.
The motor is not as free wheeling as it could be and when not engaged it feels as if it is holding you back, but has plenty of power and getting the right combination of gearing to PAS helps. The cushion forks seem to be non-adjustable and they are a little soft for me (personal preference). A second battery is relatively cheap and it will be needed for longer rides. Overall, well built, given the price range and with a few customizations, it will be much more comfortable to ride.
