This is my second Nakto Classic (2) e- bike. My last one lasted for almost 2 1/2 years- I used it daily to commute to and from work and as my primary mode of transportation. I put a lot of wear and tear on it and she was a trooper! I only had two flat tires and the electrical plate for the charger had to be replaced once while I owned it. But other than that, I cannot say enough about this bike. I always get compliments on how cute it is and am hopeful that this one will last just as long. Although I will say that my daily commute now has quite a few challenging hills, so it might not last as long as the other one did- we shall see! The old one only needed a new battery, (but they are so expensive and hard to get bcuz they are often out of stock, that I just decided to get a new bike). I will say that the display on this bike has changed and it is quite complicated, so I highly recommend you check online for the YL61F (Nakto display) for the instruction manual from Nakto on it. Also, for the pedal assist you need to hold the up (positive) button five times to change the reading from 1to5 on the main display for it to work. And you need to change the 10th setting to 2 for the pedal assist and electric mode to work.This might not make much sense rn, but once you turn it on it will make better sense. I hope this helps others who are either new to this bike, or are like me, and got a newer version of this bike. There is no manual for the display included with the bike, so I had to do a LOT of research on what version the display is and on where to find the instruction manual on the Nakto website- (so I hope this saves you the aggravation I had to go thru)!! As far as Factory Pure goes, this is my second time ordering from them and I am very pleased. My bike was delivered to the bike shop (so they could put it together for me- I’m not very mechanical) on the date they said online that it would get there, and when I called for a question to Factory Pure, someone immediately answered the phone. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bike and ordering from Factory Pure. You will NOT be disappointed!! Happy riding!!
This is my second Nakto electric bike and this one is by far my favorite! It’s super cute- I always get compliments on it- and rides like a dream. Going downhill it gets to 25 mph and rides about 21mph on regular roads. I ride it to work everyday and everywhere else- it’s my daily commuter bike. I have had two flat tires in the year I’ve owned it but that was due to construction around my house, no fault of the bike itself I think. If you’re on the fence, look no further!! This is the best bike you’ll ever own! 😁😁
I like the bicycle. But most of all I appreciated the customer service I received from Factory Pure. I actually got a phone call from a representitive stating that my bicycle was sold out and gave me several options on, other bikes / cancel order / wait for back order etc. I opted to wait for the back order and was given a promise date ant lo and behold the bike was delivered as promised on the date promised. I can't remember if ever since the online order world when I actually received customer service before and not an impersonal e-mail. All in all was a very rewarding experience dealing with FactoryPure thanks Tanner if you read this.
