- Engineered for demanding production environments, this powerful ultrasonic cleaner delivers deep and consistent cleaning performance for a wide range of metal and precision parts.
- High-performance industrial cleaning system effectively removes machining chips, coolant, oil, grease, dust, fingerprints, and other stubborn contaminants from both new and used parts.
- Deep cleaning capability allows ultrasonic waves to reach complex geometries, blind holes, and internal cavities that cannot be cleaned manually.
- Ideal for cleaning CNC machined parts, automotive components, electronic parts, soldering flux residues, and injection molded components.
- Durable tank constructed from 2.0mm SUS304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and long service life in industrial environments.
- Integrated oil-water separation system with recirculation pump and rear tank steel belt oil skimmer, efficiently removing oil contaminants and discharging waste oil separately.
- Comes with two stainless steel cleaning baskets in different sizes for flexible loading of various part types and sizes.
- The unit features a high-power heating element, a slanted tank floor for efficient drainage, a stable support frame for safe mounting, and a spigot for easy draining.
- Simple and user-friendly operation with digital temperature control and digital ultrasonic timer for precise and consistent cleaning cycles.
- Applications:Automotive parts cleaning, CNC machined components, metal fabrication parts, electronics manufacturing, injection molding parts, maintenance and refurbishment operations.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The recommended operating temperature for the ultrasonic cleaner is approximately 131°F (55°C). Long-term operation should not exceed 158°F (70°C).
- Do not turn on the ultrasonic or heating functions when the tank is empty. Always ensure sufficient liquid is added before operation.
- Always place items in the cleaning basket before lowering them into the tank. Do not place parts directly into the ultrasonic tank.
- Turn off the ultrasonic function before inserting or removing parts from the cleaning tank.
- Use only appropriate cleaning solutions with a recommended pH range of 7 to 13.
- Always drain the tank before moving or relocating the machine.
