Features
- Engine: HC2320 is powered by a Ducar DH275 9hp gasoline engine, so you can run the conveyor anywhere, from the woods to the neighborhood.
- Hydraulic Lift Cylinder Controlled: The height of the HC2320 can be easily adjusted using our hydraulic lift cylinders. Connected to a tandem center spool, the hydraulic lift cylinders are controlled by the operator and can be adjusted multiple times to suit the needs of any project.
- Adjustable Height: The hydraulic system offers a maximum adjustment angle of 37°, with a lockable height range from 94 to 177 inches. It supports a maximum load of 440 lbs at the lowest position (94 in) and 352 lbs at the highest position (177 in), ensuring strength and stability across the entire height range.
- Modular Hopper: The modular hopper on the conveyor makes log loading simple, as it is shaped like a funnel and can be filled directly with the loader bucket. The hopper is bolted on for easy removal and upgrading.
- Hydraulic Motor and Speed Adjustment Valve: The speed of the motor is controlled by a valve. The valve has a speed indication of 0-10, “0” is slowest and “10” is fastest. Set the throttle control lever to the slow speed position to reduce the stress on the engine when not cutting and extend the life of the engine.
- Trailer Hitch and Jockey Wheel: A 2-inch coupler is concealed on the trailer hitch, compatible with a 2-inch trailer ball. The jockey wheel adopts a single wheel design with a wheel diameter of 6 inches and the height can be adjusted during operation.
- REAR SUPPORT STAND: To enhance operational safety, the unit is equipped with a rear support stand. The rear support stand provides a stable base for the firewood conveyor, effectively reducing the risk of tipping. Simply pull out and secure the rear support to gain additional support and stability.
- Emergency Stop Button: The emergency stop is placed close to the operator, allowing you to quickly halt the wood elevator during malfunctions or emergencies, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
- Reinforced Conveyor Belt: The reinforced belt wood elevator is stronger, more durable, low-maintenance, and ensures safe, efficient operation.
