Product Overview
The Grizzly G4003G is a 12" x 36" metal lathe built for gunsmithing and precision turning work. Its large 1-9/16" spindle bore, high-precision spindle bearings, and spider mount system make it especially well suited for supporting and machining long barrels and other extended workpieces.
Powered by a 2 HP motor, this 9-speed gearhead lathe offers spindle speeds from 70 to 1400 RPM for a wide range of metalworking tasks. It also cuts both standard and metric threads, including left-hand threads, giving users the flexibility needed for detailed shop and firearm-related projects.
