The Grizzly G1066R is a 24-inch class drum sander built for fast, consistent thickness sanding on panels, boards, and glued-up workpieces. Its dual 6-inch drums let you run coarse and fine grits in sequence, helping remove planer marks and glue lines in a single pass while improving surface finish.
Powered by a 5 HP single-phase motor, this machine handles stock up to 23-1/2 inches wide and 4 inches thick, with an 11 FPM feed rate to keep work moving efficiently. Computer-balanced aluminum drums, a four-post table adjustment system, and an industrial rubber conveyor help deliver smooth, even sanding results.
This sander is a strong fit for serious woodworking shops, furniture makers, cabinet builders, and other users who need higher throughput and more uniform results than handheld or single-drum sanding can provide.
