Product Overview
The Grizzly G0864 is a compact benchtop combination sander that pairs a 1" x 30" belt grinder with a 6" disc sander for small-shop sanding, shaping, and sharpening tasks. Its variable-speed control lets you fine-tune belt and disc performance for different materials and levels of stock removal.
Both the belt and disc tables tilt from 0 to 45 degrees, making it easier to handle angled edges, bevels, and detailed finishing work. The included miter gauge helps with more precise sanding on the disc, while the belt can be used for flat supported work or freehand contour sanding.
With a small footprint, 1/2 HP motor, and dedicated dust ports for each side, this machine is well suited for hobbyists, makers, and woodworkers who need versatile sanding capability without taking up much bench space. It also uses common 1" x 30" belts and 6" PSA discs for everyday convenience.
