Product Overview
The Grizzly G0842 is a 14" x 37" wood lathe designed for turning furniture parts, bowls, plates, and other wood projects in a home or small shop. Its included copy attachment makes it easy to reproduce matching pieces such as stair spindles, chair legs, and table legs using a template or master workpiece.
A 3/4 HP motor delivers 10 spindle speeds from 600 to 2400 RPM, giving you the flexibility to handle both detailed spindle work and larger faceplate turning. The copy device can be moved out of the way for standard turning, while the adjustable 12" tool rest slides along the bed and locks where needed for stable support.
With 14" swing over bed, 37" between centers, and capacity to copy workpieces up to 8" in diameter by 32" long, this lathe is a strong fit for hobby furniture makers and woodworkers who want both traditional turning capability and repeatable production of matching parts.
