Product Overview
The Grizzly G0827 is an 11" x 50" horizontal/vertical milling machine built for versatile metalworking in fabrication shops, maintenance departments, and serious machine rooms. With both horizontal and vertical R-8 spindles, it handles a wide range of milling tasks while reducing setup changes between operations.
This gearhead mill delivers strong, consistent performance with 8 vertical spindle speeds from 140 to 2100 RPM and 12 horizontal spindle speeds from 48 to 1560 RPM. A movable ram, 180° turret swivel, and 45° head tilt give you flexible positioning for complex work, while independent X- and Y-axis power feeds help improve efficiency on larger jobs.
A 3-axis digital readout provides precise, repeatable positioning down to 0.0002" resolution for accurate machining. The large table offers plenty of room for vises, rotary tables, and fixtures, and the built-in coolant recycling system supports cleaner operation during extended cutting.
