Product Overview
The Grizzly G0694 is a heavy-duty 20" x 43" wood lathe built for serious turning work. Its massive cast-iron construction helps reduce vibration, while the 3 HP motor and variable-speed drive deliver smooth, high-torque performance for everything from small spindle work to larger bowl and platter projects.
Variable speed from 100 to 3000 RPM, a digital RPM readout, and forward/reverse control make it easy to fine-tune operation for different materials and techniques. The double-sided spindle and outboard tool rest also allow turning larger-diameter workpieces beyond the standard 20" swing capacity.
With 43" between centers and a precision-ground bed, this lathe is well suited for experienced woodworkers, dedicated hobbyists, and professional shops that need power, stability, and flexibility for demanding woodturning applications.
