Product Overview
This open-end wide-belt sander is designed for cost-effective sanding with professional-level consistency. Its open-end design allows sanding of workpieces up to 30" wide in two passes, while the variable-speed conveyor and digital display help dial in accurate results. The machine also features G-Sense load sensing with auto-adjust feed control to help prevent overload. A plenum-style dust collection system, built-in mobile base, viewing window, and internal LED lights add convenience for regular shop use.

- Digital Display: View material height in both inches/mm and adjust workpiece thickness as needed based on project specifications.
- Variable-Speed Conveyor: The durable rubber conveyor belt is adjustable between 0–10 FPM.
- Open-End Design: Allows you to sand wider than the drum up to 30" by flipping your workpiece around and running a second pass.
- "G-Sense" Load Sensing and Auto-Adjust Function: Prevents overload by automatically adjusting feed rate when excess load is detected.
