It is a Noce Machine but there seems to be a Learning curve. I have had a couple of Error codes
The latest code was a Cambus error code.
The Machine ran perfect when installed on the 9th then started throwing codes on the 11th.
I talked to Generac technical support and was told it may need a new Controller or a ECM as the code says Cambus lost communication
The cellular connectivity works fine and I am able to monitor remotely status , Temperature, oil level and many other aspects. It started right up the first time it was cranked . and it runs smoothly producing 120/239V and powers the entire house.
Minor problem with the lock," Have to sit on the hood to get it to lock.
The most important thing is, "Will I buy this again?" (ABSOLUTELY)
The support I am getting from Generac Corporate is outstanding.
All new products have Growing Pains.
So far, I am extremely satisfied with the product. It was easy to install and worked as it should on the test. I have not had a true outage as of yet. However, looking forward to putting it to the test.
