I worked with these guys for many years and the couple times things weren’t exactly how we hoped they would be there. Always rose to the occasion and made the customer happy. These guys get generators out quickly and very straightforward. I highly recommend them.

This generator is great, glad we made the purchase.

I would have given 5 stars if I was notified that a basic likely necessary accessory (called the fascia skirt, necessary for protection from insects and small animals) was not included in the Bo’s, and required a separate purchase. Just more streamlined and efficient than hearing from your installer after the fact that you are missing something important.,Then you have to look up the model number of the part, the cost, the delivery issues, etc. This would be unnecessary if the choice of purchase would include the option, before not after the installation.
Actually, the real solution would be for Generac, the manufacturer to include this in the box, and just tack it on to the price at the outset, instead of this inconvenient, inefficient policy to make a few extra dollars.
