- Extended Loadable Sleeve: This 56" long hex bar is built with 2 solid steel sleeves with a loadable length of 10" each. And it is suitable for 1" weight plates and can support a weight capacity of 230 kg /500 lbs. Besides, 2 spring collars are provided to secure weight plates in place.
