    Damage in transit

    Unfortunately I have not been able to install the stove since my purchase on 0128/2023. The tracking kept asking me to come back in a few days for an update which never did. The stove was left in my driveway with no notice. I was not given the opportunity to inspect it prior to accepting the delivery and sign for it. Since I had no idea it would just show up on my driveway unannounced, I had to pay the installation people for an "urgent" job. When the opened the package it had a significantly noticeable dent on the side. There was damage on the package that aligned with the dent which meant that the forklift struck it hard while trying to load/unload. It's been 22 days and although I have emailed Factory Pure twice and spoken to customer service, they are still trying to work things out with the 'freight people'. 2 days ago during my last call they offered to send me a side panel to fix the cosmetic damage and extend the 1year factory warranty upto 2 years. I'm afraid that there could me internal damage to the hardware and asked for a refund or a new machine. Still waiting for a response.

    This is the easiest stove to use. It starts up instantly. Not only does it look nice it heats our house quickly. We love it!! Recommend to anyone who is looking for a new stove

    HP22: Perfect way to heat my home!

    Got the HP22 from FactoryPure and couldn’t have been happier! I got it on sale, and it also came with free shipping, which was a plus! The HP22 heats my house well, and is a fantastic pellet stove. With wood prices going up, I definitely am glad I didn’t get a wood burning stove. The pellet stove is easy to clean, easy to vent, and has a pretty powerful fan to disperse the heat a good distance away. 5 out of 5 stars!

    Very happy. It would have helped more if it said clearly that the pipes to hook it up are not included. It should prompt you to order them when you order the stove. Of course you can say “no thanks” but I thought it would all come together.
