The Bizerba GSP V features a robust 13" grooved vacuum release blade, allowing it to stand up to the demands of delicate meats and hard cheese blocks. Designed with the operator in mind, the units low profile carriage reduces operator fatigue and features a 5.8" (150mm) thumb guard for maximum protection.
