Product Overview
This slicer features a 13" grooved vacuum release blade that stands up to the demands of delicate meats and moist or hard blocks of cheese. The chromium coated blade is the hardest, thinnest, largest, and straightest blade in the industry, ensuring consistent slices every time. Manual operation provides precise control over the slicing process, and the carriage is set at a 25° incline for operator comfort. This unit has a 3.5" wide thumb guard on the rear wall for operator safety. During cleaning, the slicer's interlock system locks the carriage and gauge plate and activates no-volt release to prevent injury.
