It has been returned because it was the wrong size. when I called to order it I was told we needed an XXL based on the wife’s waist size.

Ordered a sling & received a different model than pictured. I have attempted to RETURN the item & the company is refusing a return even though the item received is not what was picture. My father is a retired veteran & has no mobility -- we specifically need the mesh that has a strap across the back. This does not, meaning we cannot use this to help him in his chair. The company said they need to talk to the manufacturer but what they fail to understand is -- NONE of that matters. We still cant use this sling AT ALL. Over $100 wasted. Would not recommend this company.
