Best Friend Mobility BFMM Medium 16" - 20" Adjustable Dog Wheelchair Open Box

I recently bought a Best Friend Mobility BFMM Medium 16" - 20" Adjustable Dog Wheelchair from FactoryPure. The wheelchair was intended to assist my neighbor's three-legged dog "Lucky" to take walks without enduring the obvious pain it causes him; the hip of his remaining rear leg is under a lot of strain. After several attempts to maneuver the dog and the apparatus together, it became apparent that the late middle-aged lady would never be able to use the product. I talked with a lady at FactoryPure, asked for return instructions and was told that she would have to get approval to accept the return. I told her I could send pictures to show the wheelchair was unused, in perfect condition, and complete. At her request I did so. From our conversation I felt certain I would be returning the product. However, when I did not hear back from FactoryPure I called them only to be informed the manufacturer would not accept the return. All FactoryPure had to do was put the wheelchair back into their inventory. Any reputable company would have done so. Steer Clear of this company. If anyone needs a new Best Friend Mobility BFMM Medium 16" - 20" Adjustable Dog Wheelchair I have one taking of space in my office.
