We were very pleased with the wheelchair we received from you. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to understand and follow. Unfortunately our dear Addie passed on before we could even start trying to use it with her. We would like some information on the possibility of return. Thank you for your kindness.

We order this chair for patches our 15 and a half years old . Patches is living it . He is able to do what he love the most . Go out and walk free

All the pieces were included, thats a point to the good side. The instructions were not very clear. The pictures did not help.. Please include clear finishing instructions about the set screws. I had no idea those were meant to hold everything tight and in place once it was completely together and fitting my dog properly. It was easy enough to put together, but i did struggle with some of it

Putting the parts together was tricky. The paper manual was not very clear, I had to rely on video and ultimately, husband, to put it together, adjusting to my paticular dog's physique. But good for dogs with only back leg weakness. My dog has DM, so front legs are getting weaker now, and I am sorry I didnt know about the SitGo, which I am considering buying, even though I don't think my dog has much longer now. At this point, given his deficiencies, the BFM wheelchair/ maybe better, the SitGo,is my dog's closest possibility of independant movement.
