The cooler works great in general. However, the car charger on charges intermittently. It will stop and start at multiple different voltages, even when the battery needs to be charged. Plugged into current charges without fail. This has just started in the past couple of weeks.

Packaging: product arrived really well packaged ensuring it’s delivered scratch and crack free. Build: it’s solid. Wheels, lid, outer body , battery compartment. You can see the build quality visually Ease of use: simple setup, connects to your phone using Bluetooth, multiple charging options for battery. Wheels to move it around. What I liked: its gives you good usable space compared ice coolers . Plus your stuff doesn’t get wet with all ice water . And you can control the temperature at your fingertips. It’s bit bigger in size -outer body. But can live with it. Good addition to your outdoor activities. Can get you going in case of emergency / power outage ( use some sort of back up power for charging / solar charging option) Satisfied with product. Let’s see how long it lasts .

Received it just a few days ago and this cooler is going to eliminate the “find more ice “ panic while traveling. And the sheer joy of not having everything floating in water in a cooler! I support cycling tours as a mechanic and having this in back of my truck is going to make life much more convenient. Love using the app to see battery status. Have been using at home since it arrived and completely pleased with it.
