Product Overview
The ABAC AB5-2180V4FF two-stage air compressor combines a 5 HP motor with an 80 gallon vertical tank for shop air applications. Its PAT 49 pump delivers 14.6 CFM at a maximum pressure of 175 PSI and runs on 230V single-phase power. An aluminum head and aftercooler help dissipate heat and remove moisture, while cast iron cylinders provide wear resistance. The Full Feature configuration adds a pressure-actuated automatic tank drain and a low oil level switch to reduce routine draining tasks and protect against low-oil operation. An ASME tank with safety valves, an oversized cooling flywheel and a fully enclosed belt guard round out the equipment.
