I tried it the minute I got it and seems to work fine. I only used for ten cuts , let's want for a long term use.
in December 02/ 2024 I placed order with factory pure this company is the worse company to make it deal with they promised me to receive the product in shore time no more than seven business day but after ten business days I received the tracking number where they said I will receive the product until December 23/ 2024 so at the end I never received the item and they charged me more than $240 dollar stocking fee this company they are so ridicules' probably they don't do business that's the reasons why they make me pay for they mistakes I don't recommend to place it order with this company I placed the same order through GRAINGER company they send me the order over night without problems but this guys refused to give me my full refund

This is my second scooter. It is lighter than my other scooter. This is easy to fold
and unfold. I love the easy turning radius. My only negative is that the seat back is very short and uncomfortable.
I have not used the product at this time. Having problems getting satisfaction on one that stopped working. Heard nothing since late December and still waiting.

I've used it on 5+ jobs so far, it has exceeded my expectations. This machine disintegrates limbs and small trees that we would usually have to haul away, it's been a huge time saver and makes the job fun. Wish I had bought one years ago. Couldn't imagine not having one now.

Purchased this after experiencing a real need for it a week earlier. It is one of those things we never knew we might need--until we needed it. Now we hope to never need it again, but we have it as an insurance policy now. We opted for this heavy-duty model because it was steel, and yet portable. The price from Factory Pure was the best too. The unit arrived quickly and was exactly as described. We are very happy with it.

I ordered an Ashley Hearth but received a BreckWell which I am okay with but would have liked to have been notified of the change as it has been problematic to get the blower and surrounding plate replaced. It took some digging by your amazing customer service agents to figure out what happened. They are very understanding and Angie has went above and beyond to help me. We are still working on getting me the correct items for the insert I received. I will be very happy with it once it's all worked out.
