    Factory Pure was Awesome, avoid Generac at all cost

    Factory Pure was perfect. Everything arrived in perfect condition! I purchased this generator to replace a generac that failed after 123 hours of service. Generac’s response was indicative of a company lacking a service based culture. Unfortunately, my switches and hardware dictated that I stay with an inferior product. Think Koehler, Cummins or Honda. Please do not make the mistake I have made. Bob
