- ARC-220 is a professional stick arc and lift TIG combination welder with excellent Lift-TIG arc welding capability, 5-220A can easily weld thin stainless steel and a variety of other metals; it uses heavy-duty industrial electrode holders and ground clamps, compatible with all electrodes: E6010, E6011, E6013, E7014, E7018, etc.
- ARC-220 is designed for industrial manufacturing by implementing digital control and IGBT inverter technology with excellent arc stability; 220 amps 80% duty cycle, all welding work can be completed in one go; the sturdy structure is suitable for factory manufacturing, building construction, shipbuilding, dock maintenance and agricultural machinery repair work.
- Adjustable hot start setting makes arc starting easier and more reliable, adjustable arc force setting can meet your customized welding needs, optional anti-stick function prevents the electrode from sticking to the work-piece during welding, and optional VRD function makes welding safer and more reliable.
- ARC-220 adopts an intelligent power control system which uses 100V-250V/50-60Hz voltage and frequency; it has safety protection functions such as automatic compensation for voltage fluctuations, overvoltage protection, under-voltage protection, over-current protection, and overload protection.
- The memory function automatically remembers the current setting for ease of use next time; the intelligent fan automatically turns on when needed, extending the life of the fan and reducing dust accumulation inside the machine; the machine can use an extension cord up to 500 feet, which resists power fluctuations and cable attenuation.
